Comments: 1. Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2. All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4. If the supplier takes part in the bidding, it means that if it is declared the winner, it will conclude a supply agreement in the standard form of Cordiant JSC without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.
