If an agreement is concluded with a supplier that meets the criteria for referring to SMEs, payment for Products under the Agreement is made by the Buyer within 15 working days after delivery of 100% of the products on the basis of an invoice issued by the Supplier, which must indicate the number and date of this agreement.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
