Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:the payment for the delivered goods is carried out on the account of the supplier within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing by the parties of the Accounting document on accounting of trade operations, compiled in accordance with the federal law of 06.12.2011 № 402-FZ "on Accounting ", or a universal transfer document drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Tax Service (letter from the Federal Tax Service from 21.10.2013 № MV-20-3/96 @).
Delivery terms:delivery of the goods is carried out on weekdays from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 16:00, on Friday-from 09:00 to 15:00 (Moscow time).
Delivery of goods is made by one party not later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date agreed by the buyer with the supplier.
Delivery of goods to the buyer is carried out by transport supplier and at his expense to the address: 364020, Chechen Republic, Grozny, Starpromskoe Highway, 5.
