the payment for the delivered goods is carried out on the account of the supplier within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing by the parties of the Accounting document on accounting of trade operations, compiled in accordance with the federal law of 06.12.2011 № 402-FZ "on Accounting ", or a universal transfer document drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Tax Service (letter from the Federal Tax Service from 21.10.2013 № MV-20-3/96 @).
