| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods is carried out by bank transfer on the basis of invoices issued by the Supplier on the terms of 100% of the price of the delivered Goods
and is paid within 45 (forty five) calendar days after the Parties have signed a consignment note in the form of TORG-12, provided an invoice (not provided if the Contractor is not a VAT payer, or is exempted from the duties of a taxpayer). Advance payment under the contract is not provided. |
