Обоснование: по лоту №1 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.3 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «Центральный научно-исследовательский институт «БУРЕВЕСТНИК» (с изменениями)» заключить договор с ООО "ДС Груп" с суммой договора 990 000,00 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
