Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the Goods on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day from the date of the transfer of ownership of the Goods.
Payment for the Goods shall be made by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original TRADE-12 invoice, copies of the goods and transport documents issued in accordance with the requirements legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
The bid price must include all of the Challenger's performance costs, excluding VAT and including transportation costs.
