| Payment terms: | The Customer pays within 15 (fifteen) business days 30% of the cost of the goods on the basis of the invoice provided by the Contractor within 2 (two) business days from the date of signing the Agreement, the final payment - after the parties sign TORG-12, the Customer pays within 10 (ten) business days 70% of the value of the goods on the basis of the account provided by the Contractor. |
