Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the goods within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the commodity waybill (in the form of TORG-12 approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia No. 132 of December 25, 1998), provided that the Supplier invoice issued on the basis of the signed contract, by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier.
Delivery terms:Delivery terms and conditions: 2019 on request. Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of filing the application. Applications for the supplied materials may differ from the specified quarterly volume (Appendix No. 1) depending on the current needs of the Buyer, but not exceed the total volume of the specified terms of reference.
