- advance payment in the amount of 30% of the value of the Products, including value added tax;
- advance payment upon delivery of Products for export is set out in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the invoice date. Payment by the Buyer is made in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of invoice for advance payment by the Supplier;
- final settlement within 30 calendar days from the date of shipment of the Products;
- Payment of the invoice for the final settlements upon delivery of products for export is made in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of invoice for advance payment by the Supplier.
Delivery terms: pickup from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
Delivery time: For Orders from the moment of conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2020
