| Payment terms: | Terms of payment:
- an advance payment of 30% of the cost of the Products, including value added tax;
- the advance payment for the delivery of Products for export is issued in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of invoicing. Payment by the Buyer is made in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of the date of invoicing the advance payment by the Supplier;
- final settlement within 30 calendar days from the date of shipment of the Products;
- payment of the invoice for final settlements for the delivery of products for export is made in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of invoicing for advance payment by the Supplier.
Delivery conditions: self-delivery from the manufacturer's warehouse.
Delivery time: for Orders from the moment of signing the contract until December 31, 2021.
Duration of the contract: until 31.12.2021. |
