Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original TORG-12 consignment note, copies of shipping documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:The price of the commercial offer must include all expenses of the Bidder related to the fulfillment of obligations, excluding VAT and taking into account transportation costs.

Comments:
Applicants who are not manufacturers of these materials, when submitting a commercial proposal, must attach a confirmation from an authorized dealer (dealer agreement, authorization, dealer certificate).
When submitting proposals, the Participant must necessarily provide a package of constituent documents, according to the List. When placing proposals without constituent documents, the Participant will not be considered.
