Dear Suppliers,
we invite you to participate in the Request for proposals for the supply of IT equipment (TV, scanners, cash register, banking, network, audio, printing and copying equipment, computer equipment and peripherals, telephony, UPS, TSD) for SOKOLOV retail outlets.

The best offers will be determined during the procurement procedure, in the form of Collecting commercial proposals in the form of an Application-specification (Appendix No. 1) - submission of applications by participants on the electronic platform www.b2b-center.ru

The request for proposals will be held from 07.09.2022 to 13:00 on 21.09.2022 (Moscow time).
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.


At the time of the procedure, it is necessary to load the electronic platform:

- a completed Application specification (Appendix No. 1 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization);
- a completed questionnaire - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 2 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
- counterparty's card (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel format by uploading documents to the ETP;
- a letter from the manufacturer of the distributor/direct partner status. On the manufacturer's letterhead, signed and stamped.

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
