Auto-extension

Comments:
1)Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
2) The KP must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the procurement documentation. And also fill out the KP form see attached in the procurement documentation Appendix 2.2.
3) In the KP it is necessary to specify
- the cost of goods and materials with VAT
- the units of measurement in the KP must correspond to the requested;
- attitude to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.) - MUST BE DOCUMENTED;
- delivery time;
- production time;
- delivery time to the buyer's warehouse;
- manufacturer of products;
- sending point;
- warranty conditions;
- approximate volume and weight;
- agreement with the contract.
4) The products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the CP;
5) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality must be attached to the products

6) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement
documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
In the proposed KP, specify:
1) Specify the cost of transportation expenses in a separate line;
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) Links to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery time;
6) Warranty.
7) Full compliance of the name of the goods and materials in the commercial offers (hereinafter in the shipping documents) requested in the purchase.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
