2. Procedure procedure.
The 1st stage of the Procedure will be held in electronic form on the B2B-Center group ETP (www.b2b-center.ru ).
Stage 2 of the Procedure is a closed collection of KP, negotiations with companies selected based on the results of Stage 1. The dates of the event will be announced by an additional newsletter by e-mail.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.

It is necessary to provide:

• Mandatory provision of technical documentation for the equipment.
• KP (provided on the letterhead of the organization in Word and PDF format with the date, signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization) with the appendix of the Specification.
• Questionnaire (provided on the letterhead of the organization in the following formats: WORD and PDF with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization)
• Scanned copy of the OGRN certificate
• Provide a valid confirmed partner status from the manufacturer.

IN THIS PROCEDURE, YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD A FULL PACKAGE OF DOCUMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TOR!!! (Participants who have submitted incomplete documents will be considered last).
