Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment terms: deferred payment for at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to the warehouse of the APH Miratorg.
Delivery terms:Delivery conditions: by the Seller's forces and means to the Buyer's warehouse. The cost of delivery of the Goods must be included in the price of

By submitting an offer within the framework of this tender, participants automatically accept all the conditions of the Miratorg APH.

Bidders may not refuse to deliver items for which they have been bided as part of a tender or increase the price after submitting a bid. In case of refusal of delivery or price increase, participants will be included in the "black list" of companies.

In this tender, Miratorg APH will take into account participants' prices without VAT! But the deliveries will be with the actual VAT.

The price must be provided in Russian rubles, taking into account the delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. The price must be fixed before 31.03.2022.
