Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Basic terms of delivery:
- An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the value of the goods under the agreement is transferred to the Supplier's current account within 25 days from the date of signing the agreement by both Parties, subject to the provision of an invoice to the Customer for the advance payment
- The final calculation in the amount of 70% of the value of the goods is made within 50 days from the date of delivery of the goods and after the parties have signed the TORG-12 consignment note, subject to a positive result of acceptance of the goods in terms of quality and completeness (incoming control).
- The required delivery time for products is until March 2022.
- The export of goods after manufacturing is carried out by the forces and means of the Supplier

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
