Payment terms:5.1. Payment for the products delivered under the contract (individual phase of the Treaty) is made by the buyer within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the instrument of acceptance by the purchaser of the product and provide Vendor documents under paragraph 3.4 contract (subject to the registration requirements established by applicable legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract).
The originals of the documents referred to in this paragraph are transferred by the supplier to the buyer any way to reliably determine the date of the transfer.
5.2 Calculation of the Treaty carried out money transfer from the current account to the account of the Buyer or Supplier, by agreement of the parties, through the transfer as payment of bills of Exchange and other securities on the Act of acceptance.
