Dear Suppliers!
1. A prerequisite for the tender is price fixing for the period until June 30, 2021.
2. When specifying the Amount of the discount on the terms of advance payment, it is necessary to indicate the value in numerical terms.
3. The offered products must meet all the technical requirements stated in the need and have a declaration of conformity of products.
4. The applicant has the right to provide TCH only for those objects for which he wishes to apply (it is not necessary to apply for all objects).
5. The applicant must necessarily declare for those positions for which he plans to participate in the tender.
6. Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of GK FGC LLC at the B2B site are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system's regulations, the winner of the request for proposals is a participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and has proposed the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals. (Regulations of the B2B-Center System, chapter 8, p. 8.10.1)
