Dear suppliers!
1. A prerequisite for the tender is to fix the price for the period up to October 31, 2021
2. When specifying the Discount Size on Advance Terms, it is mandatory to specify a value in numerical terms.
3. Proposed products must meet all technical requirements and have a declaration of product conformity.
4. The applicant has the right to grant TKP only for the facilities that they wish to apply for (not required to apply for all facilities).
5. The applicant must be eligible for the positions for which they plan to bid.
6. Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of GK FSC LLC at the B2B site are based on a request for proposals: according to the system rules Winner of the Request offers becomes the participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best terms of performance of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request suggestions. (B2B-Center System Regulations, Chapter 8, P.8.10.1)
