Обоснование: На основании оценки согласно п.7.1.2 закупочной документации. В предложении участника ООО «Диэлектрик» указано, что по факту по позициям 9, 27, 30 Технического задания, превышение по количеству (согласно отпуска минимальных партий от производителя). В связи с этим, фактическая стоимость, предложенная в оферте ООО «Диэлектрик» составляет 350 773,84 руб. без учета НДС.
