Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Batch of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signing by the Parties of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12/UPD), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products.
In case of conclusion of an agreement with the SMSP: Payment for the Batch of Products is made by the Buyer within 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery of the Batch of Products (date of signing by the Buyer of the invoice signed and sent to him by the Supplier in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12/UPD (universal transfer document)) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation
Delivery terms:
Products must be marked, in a sealed package, ensuring the safety of Products from spoilage, damage during transportation by rail, transshipment, storage, according to GOST 9179-2018, TU . The product brand designation on the packaging and the quality certificate must be identical.
Labeling, packaging and accompanying documentation must strictly comply with the special requirements of regulatory and technical documentation
Delivery of products in bulk mineral carriers (with bottom unloading), in polypropylene polished bags according to GOST 32521-2013 "Bags of polymer films. General technical conditions" or MKR (one-time soft containers) weighing from 600kg to 1000kg. Containers (packaging) are non-refundable
Delivery is carried out by shipping Products by road by forces and at the expense of the Supplier, respectively, to the destination of the Consignee.
Early delivery can be made only with the written consent of the Customer
The Customer has the right to refuse to accept Products according to the agreed specification if the delivery is overdue by more than fifteen calendar days.
