Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 days and no more than 60 days (if the contract is concluded with the SMEs, the payment term is established in accordance with applicable law) from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signing by the Parties to TORG-12), subject to the provision Buyer a full set of documents for payment for the Products.
Original bill of lading (form TORG-12) for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies .;

Accompanying documents, in accordance with clause 2.3 of the Agreement - 1 copy;
Copies of transport documents with the corresponding mark on the dispatch of the Products (stamp of the departure station, etc.) - 1 copy.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and may also take a different form
