Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer for payment with a deferred payment of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days (if the contract is concluded with the SMS, the payment term is set in accordance with the current legislation) from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of the invoice in the form of TORG-12 / UPD (universal transfer document)) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account specified in article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

according to the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1 to the procurement documentation) and Specifications (Appendix No. 1 to the supply agreement).
