Обоснование: 1. Заявки ООО ТД «ПромСпецКомплект» и ООО «Энергоком» на участие в открытом запросе котировок по выбору поставщика кабеля силового для АО «НСРЗ» не соответствуют требованиям и условиям, предусмотренным закупочной документацией.
2. Не допускать заявки ООО ТД «ПромСпецКомплект» и ООО «Энергоком» и не признавать участниками закупки по выбору поставщика кабеля силового для АО «НСРЗ».
3. В соответствии с п. 58.1.3 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг АО «НСРЗ», утвержденного решением СД АО «НСРЗ» от 06.04.2017, открытый запрос котировок по выбору поставщика кабеля силового для АО «НСРЗ» признать несостоявшимся.
