Payment terms:
Advance - 50% of product value within 15 (15) bank days from signing the contract and receipt of the account by the Buyer, subject to the opening of a separate account by the Supplier (Special. score).
Payment is 50% of the cost of products within 20 (20) bank days from the time the products are delivered in full and the signing of the relevant documents.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time is up to 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the signing of the contract and specification.
The delivery of products is carried out in separate batches, issued with relevant accounting documents.

1. The participant's offer, posted electronically on the ETP, must necessarily contain information provided by the spreadsheet fields. 4. Participation is:

- Official representatives, dealers (obligatory to provide supporting certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer granting authority to sell the requested products).
5. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements
- Offer price
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Delivery time;
- Consent by the party to the drafting of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a protocol of disagreement (official confirmation must be uploaded to ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the time of the procedure to the time the item is transferred to the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be loaded to ETP).
6. Delivery of products in accordance with the stated requirements (both regulatory documentation and complementary requirements agreed by the parties).
This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Promoter has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time since the date of announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
The winner of the purchase must reserve a separate account for the settlement of the contract.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
