Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 20 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 20 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Supply on request of JSC "PIC-Industry" and its SDCs transport provider.
All products must come with passports of quality and conformity certificates.
For JSC "PIK-Industry": Drums cable - gross weight of not more than 1 ton.
drum type is not more than 14.
Marking drum in accordance with the GOST, the drum must necessarily be factory sealing.
Markings (on the cable should be indicated):
a) Name of cable
b) Year
c) manufacturer's code
g) GOST
d) cable marking indicating the number of sections and the conductor
Deliveries are made only on pallets.
Wire in coils: RSV 10-bay 100m, RSV 6-bay 300m, 2,5-500m RSV, RSV 1.5 - no more than 800m bay.
Bulk cable: VVGng ls: 3h2,5 not more than 200 m, 3x1.5 not more than 100 m; frls 1,5 not more than 100 m, 3h2,5 supply on the drum.
