Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 20 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 20 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferral 100% for 30 calendar days
Delivery terms:Delivery at the request of JSC "PIK-Industry" and general contractors transport supplier.
ALL products must be supplied with quality passports and conformity certificates.
For "PIK-Industry" JSC: Drums with cable-gross weight not more than 1 ton.
Drum Type not more than 14.
Marking of the drum in accordance with the Goist, on the drum must be a factory seal.

(a) Cable Name
b) Year of manufacture
b) Manufacturer's factory code
D) GOST
e) Cable marking indicating the number and section of the conductive conductor
Delivery is carried out only on pallets.
Wire in Bays: PUV 10-Bay 100 m, PUV 6-bay 300 m, PUV 2.5-500m, PUV 1.5-bay no more than 800 m.
Cable in Bays: VGNG ls: 3х 2.5 not more than 200 m, 3х 1.5 not more than 100 m; Frls 1.5 not more than 100 m, 3х 2.5 deliver on the drum.
