Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

All products must come with tags, quality certificates, certificates of conformity, fire safety certificates, insulation marking according to GOST / TU. Cable - acceptance of drums up to and including the 10th size (by prior agreement, depending on the cable cross-section, more is possible).
The marking of the drum in accordance with GOST, the drum must have a factory seal.
Marking (on the cable must be indicated):
a) The name of the cable
b) Year of manufacture
c) manufacturer's code
d) GOST
e) cable marking indicating the number and cross-section of the conductive core.
