Обоснование: На основании п.29 извещения: Данный закрытый запрос цен не является торгами (конкурсом, аукционом), и его проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 части первой Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации, п.2 ст. 3 Федерального закона от 18.07.2011 № 223-ФЗ «О закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц». Данная процедура запроса цен также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Организатор имеет право отказаться от всех полученных заявок по любой причине или прекратить процедуру запроса цен в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками.
