Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Delivery terms:Delivery until 10.08.2021, the execution period of the bid is 20 days from the conclusion of the contract and specification, the goods are delivered by road transport and at the Supplier's expense to the Buyer's object, located at: Russian Federation, Tatarstan, Pgt. Jalil. Prices must be valid up to 31.08.2021g.
