Payment terms:
Покупатель обязуется оплатить полученную продукцию путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет с отсрочкой не менее 45 (Сорока пяти) и не более 90 (Девяносто) календарных дней после фактического получения продукции при условии предоставления счетов-фактур и сертификатов качества. Счета-фактуры предоставляются Покупателю в течение 5 дней после отгрузки продукции. По согласованию сторон возможны другие формы расчетов, в том числе путем передачи векселей, осуществления встречной поставки и т.д.
