Payment terms:20% of the total cost of the goods within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the contract, the remaining 80% of the total cost of the goods are paid within 5 (five) banking days after the Goods arrive at the Customer's warehouse

Comments:
The Supplier guarantees the quality and safety of the supplied goods that meet the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation for the Goods of the specified type (kind). The Supplier gives a quality guarantee for the supplied goods in accordance with the normative documents confirming the quality, for this type of goods for at least 12 months. During the warranty period, the Supplier undertakes at its own expense to eliminate defects (to replace) the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Each item of goods must be shipped in original packaging (regardless of quantity and multiplicity), have a passport for the product, a certificate of conformity with valid terms. In the event that certification for a product is not needed, provide a letter of exemption informing that the product is not subject to mandatory certification.
2. It is obligatory to upload the specification (KP) with the cost and delivery time for each item
