To its proposals in electronic form, participants of this procedure MUST, prior to opening envelopes, attach the applicant's Application Form and documents in accordance with the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. If the participant fails to fulfill or improperly performs the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of this participant.
The term of the supplier's offer is not less than 30 days.
The cost of production must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
