Comments:
1. The supplier guarantees the quality and safety of the supplied goods, in accordance with the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, which are applied to the goods of the specified type (kind). For the supplied goods, the Supplier gives a quality guarantee in accordance with the regulatory documents confirming the quality, for this type of goods at least 12 months. During the warranty period, the Supplier undertakes at its own expense to eliminate the shortcomings (replace) of the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. The loading of the TKP with the indication of the cost and delivery time for each item is mandatory
