Для прохождения квалификационного отбора необходимо подать заявку в соответствии с квалификационной документацией, размещенной по адресу: http://zakupki.bashneft.ru/purchase/29362/, (извещение № КО-0029-14 от 22.09.2014). После признания такого участника прошедшим квалификационный отбор, он вправе подавать заявки на участие в закупочных процедурах, объявленных после прохождения им квалификационного отбора.
