Auto-extension

Payment terms:20% of the total cost of the goods within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the contract, the remaining 80% of the total cost of the goods are paid within 5 (five) banking days after the Goods arrive at the Customer's warehouse
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out by lots within the amount of the contract. The delivery period is no more than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the contract (specification).

Comments:
1. The supplier guarantees the quality and safety of the delivered goods that comply with the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation imposed on Goods of the specified type (kind). For the delivered goods, the Supplier gives a quality guarantee in accordance with the regulatory documents confirming the quality for this type of goods for at least 12 months. During the warranty period, the Supplier undertakes to eliminate defects (replace) the goods at his own expense in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Each item of the product must be shipped in its original packaging (regardless of quantity and multiplicity), have a passport for the product, a certificate of conformity with the current deadlines. In the case when certification for the goods is not needed, provide a refusal letter informing that the products are not subject to mandatory certification.
2. It is mandatory to load the specification (KP) with the cost and delivery dates for each item
