Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The buyer pays for the goods delivered within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of acceptance of the goods on the Buyer's request, on the basis of the exposed original bills, invoices, or HPA, waybill, consignment note. Payment for delivered goods is carried out by transferring the funds to the account of the Buyer on account of the Supplier. The payment date is the date of debiting the funds from the account of the Buyer.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
