GENERAL INFORMATION:
This procedure the request for proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil liability.
LOADABLE DOCUMENTS:
1) The submitted application form must be accompanied by an offer to applications on the established pattern and contain key information on proposed to supply goods, delivery terms and conditions.
2) Please carefully read the model edited supply contract. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, it is considered that the participant agrees with the proposed.
3) The offer is complemented by certificates or passports, quality of goods in respect of which a procedure for certification or certification.
