Payment terms:Покупатель оплачивает поставляемую Поставщиком продукцию в следующем порядке:
- 30 % от стоимости Продукции перечисляется на расчетный счет Поставщика на основании счета на предоплату, выставленного Поставщиком в течение 10 банковских дней с момента подписания настоящего договора, но не ранее даты представления Поставщиком безотзывной безусловной банковской гарантии на возврат аванса.
- 70 % оставшейся стоимости Продукции перечисляется на расчетный счет Поставщика в течение 20 банковских дней со дня получения Продукции грузополучателем по товарной накладной, на основании счета-фактуры.
