Payment terms:- цена на продукцию включает в себя стоимость непосредственно продукции, стоимость погрузки, доставки продукции, стоимость упаковки, маркировки, таможенной очистки, сертификации, гарантийного обслуживания товара, НДС и иных налогов и сборов;
- оплата осуществляется Покупателем авансом в течение 45 (Сорока пяти) календарных дней после заключения договора в виде предоплаты в размере 50 % от стоимости прибора и в течение 45 календарных дней с момента передачи калибратора, подписания товарных накладных и получения счета-фактуры оплатой в размере оставшихся 50 % от стоимости поставляемого товара.
Delivery terms:- в соответствии с техническим заданием обеспечить поставку продукции в адрес производственных отделений филиала ОАО «МРСК Северо-Запада» «Архэнерго»;
