This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (like the ongoing procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. 8. The Organizer / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Bidder, does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
9. The winner (s) of the tender is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, according to the results of all aggregate factors (price, deferred payment, presence / absence of advance payment, guarantee, standard conditions of Rusagro)
