Terms of delivery of the goods: The shipped goods must be packed properly to exclude the possibility of damage.
1. JSC "Thunder" - Delivery by and at the expense of the supplier (according to the address program).
Delivery of office supplies for the Head Office of JSC "Tander" at two addresses: GC - Krasnodar Solnechnaya str. 15/5 and Moscow office BOLSHEVIK - Moscow , pr.-kt Leningradsky 15 p. 10.
2. JSC "DIXY Yug" - offices - Delivery by and at the expense of the supplier (addresses are indicated in attached to the competition file), the delivery includes unloading and lifting to the floor (!) without junk.
Periodicity of services - upon bid, at least once a month (Moscow / St. Petersburg), at least once a quarter regions.
Lot 10 Items: 1267,1268,1269,1270,1307,1310 - equivalents are not accepted.
The supplier on its own completes the order in its warehouse according to the address and full name of the initiator of the bid with the drawing up of the technical invoice, the invoice and the invoice for payment are issued at the address (one address is one invoice for payment, there may be several technical invoices and are not subject to payment).
3. JSC "DIXY Yug" - RC - Delivery by and at the expense of the supplier (addresses are indicated in the file attached to the contest). Delivery and shipment of the goods must be in accordance with the prescribed conditions - the file ""Delivery and labeling requirements - Dixy"" is attached. A file with a breakdown of the quantity of purchased goods by RC is attached to the tender documentation.
Periodicity of services - upon bid, at least once a quarter.
Orders are placed in multiples of the specified units of measurement. Technical specifications are attached in the attached file (the supplied product must match them). We consider similar models, in compliance with technical specifications, in coordination with the customer.
Orders for JSC "Thunder", Own productions and JSC "DIXY Yug" are placed according to the needs of the buyer, in batches during the period of cooperation.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
