Delivery terms:Delivery time: specified by the participant in the request.
The goods to be delivered must be packaged in containers and marked in accordance with state standards (GOST), the requirements of the TU to ensure the integrity and safety of the goods in the path of travel and its storage. It is allowed to transport component parts in the manufacturer's package. The label must be placed on the packaging of the goods and include details of the contract details, supplier, customer, and shall be certified by the supplier's seal. If the item is supplied with multiple locations, the label must also contain the number of seats in the set and the seat number.
The item to be delivered must be new (goods that have not been used, repaired, including those that have not been restored, which have not had parts replaced, have not been restored consumer properties), to be of genuine and legal origin, to have no defects related to design, materials, or operation.
It is not permitted to deliver goods removed from preservation (long-term storage), as well as used goods with external damage and traces of use.

Each participant must provide the completed Participant Questionnaire both electronically in doc format and a scanned version with signature and stamp.
The information column is adjusted by the participant, and if a document is not provided, the reason for this action is specified.
A complete package of documents listed in the Participant Questionnaire and a detailed technical description of the products offered are also provided.
It is possible to extend the application period at the request of the participant through the Explanations menu in the procedure.
At the time of application, the participant shall submit a completed draft contract, which means that it agrees to its terms and form (when amended, the latter are highlighted in a different color and necessary comments are indicated).
If the required contract is not documented, the draft contract shall be submitted by the Party to the Organizer for approval.

The opening date of bids occurs 1 hour after the deadline. This allows the participants to upload the documents corresponding to the last submitted price after the submission date.
