Обоснование: • на основании части 7 статьи 20 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для нужд ФАУ «Главгосэкспертиза России» запрос котировок признается несостоявшимся в связи с тем, что подана только одна котировочная заявка, соответствующая требованиям документации запроса котировок в электронной форме № ЗКЭФ-39-ОМС.
Комиссия приняла решение в соответствии с подпунктом 1 части 6 статьи 20 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для нужд ФАУ «Главгосэкспертиза России» заключить договор с единственным участником процедуры закупки, подавшим котировочную заявку, соответствующую требованиям документации запроса котировок в электронной форме № ЗКЭФ-39-ОМС – ООО "СмартОфис".
