| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the goods in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the price of the Agreement, within 15 (fifteen) business days after the Supplier transfers all the goods delivered under this contract, the Buyer receives the original invoice, waybill, invoice, duly executed. |
