Payment for each batch of the Goods is carried out according to the invoice issued by the Supplier, drawn up in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, by wire transfer of funds to the Supplier's current account within 45 (forty-five) (for small and medium-sized businesses, 15 (fifteen) working) days after delivery of a consignment of goods on request Simultaneously with the delivery, the Supplier provides a duly executed consignment note and invoice.
