Auto-extension

Payment terms:the payment under the contract is carried out by the buyer in the following order: 1. the buyer shall pay the provider the prepayment of 30% (thirty percent) of the first consignment of goods. 2. 2.5.3. Advance payments for subsequent instalments of goods of no more than 30% (thirty percent) of the value of the relevant consignment paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the buyer of the accounts issued by the supplier, not earlier than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the start of deliveries in accordance with the calendar schedule of delivery. 3. 2.5.6. Payment for the goods delivered shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of documents specified in clause 5.3 of the Treaty in respect of the relevant consignment and, subject to receipt by the buyer of the accounts issued by the provider.
