Preliminary consideration of auction bids
When submitting an auction bid, the bidders need to upload the documents to the System in accordance with the requirements of the auction documentation. On the basis of the received auction bids the Organizer will make decision concerning admission of the bidders to the auction bidding.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the price includes in addition to the cost of the Goods, costs of transportation, packing, marking, loading and unloading, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.

Delivery of goods is manufactured in batches based on Customer requests, within

Delivery and unloading of the goods is made by a supplier.
Delivery date is considered the date of signature of the consignment merchandise invoice fact acceptance of a lot of the goods by the customer.
