Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The payment for the delivered lot of the Products shall be made by bank transfer through the transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Supplier within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of each separate batch of Products to the Customer's warehouse, the signing of a commodity bill in the form of TORG-12 and / or consignment note.
Delivery terms:
The delivery of products shall be carried out by installments at the request of the Customer. In the applications the list, (nomenclature) and the quantity of the required Products are indicated.
The delivery term for the batch of Products - within 1 (one) working day from the moment of receipt of the application from the Customer.
