Payment terms:The payment for the delivered lot of the Products shall be made by bank transfer through the transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Supplier within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of each separate batch of Products to the Customer's warehouse, the signing of a commodity bill in the form of TORG-12 and / or consignment note.
Delivery terms:The delivery of products shall be carried out by installments at the request of the Customer. In the applications the list, (nomenclature) and the quantity of the required Products are indicated.
The delivery term for the batch of Products - within 1 (one) working day from the moment of receipt of the application from the Customer.

securing the application for participation in the procurement procedure in the amount of 75,850.00 (seventy-five thousand eight hundred and fifty rubles 00 kopecks), VAT is not charged;
enforcement of the contract in the amount of 189,629.00 (one hundred and eighty-nine thousand six hundred and twenty-nine rubles 00 kopecks) VAT is not imposed.

Обоснование: Признать запрос ценовых котировок в электронной форме для субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства на право заключения договора на поставку канцелярских товаров - несостоявшимся, так как по окончании срока подачи Котировочных заявок подана только одна заявка.
На основании пункта 10 статьи 22 Положения о закупках АО «Гос МКБ «Вымпел» им И.И. Торопова», решили заключить договор с единственным участником запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме для субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства - ООО «СмартОфис», 129128, г.Москва, Староватутинский проезд, д.12, стр.3, этаж 2, ком.37, 38, как c участником запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме для субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства, заявка которого соответствует требованиям и условиям, предусмотренным Документацией запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме для субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства.
